Get strong, get unstuck, and start living on your own terms.
Strong in your body. Sharp in your mind. Owning your life — not just running behind it. House of Movement is fitness training, nervous-system regulation, and coaching in one — for women who've carried a lot, for too long, with real support for neither.
You've done the workouts — pushed hard, saw nothing change, got frustrated or bored and stopped. Or you've done the inner work — read the books, got the information, and somehow feel even more stuck and confused. You can't train a nervous system that's stuck in survival. And you can't see clearly while your body's exhausted. They're not two problems. They're one system, running you on half-fixes.
This isn't breathe-in-breathe-out coaching. It's get-strong, get-clear, get-moving coaching.
You know exactly what you'd change — the decision, the career move, the thing you keep almost-starting — but you can't move on it. Or you're stuck one step earlier: you can't even name what to change first.
The business, the household, everyone's needs. Your mind won't switch off and your body's running on reserves — but from the outside, you're "fine."
(Peri)menopause, desk-bound days, or that quiet "Why am I so tired and stiff?" Or you're just done with group classes and the gym alone, and you want training that actually gets results.
Different doors. One root: you've held a lot, for a long time, without enough support for your body and your mind.
Weekly training built around your body. Coaching that gets you moving on what you've been circling. Someone in your corner the whole way.
Online, or at your home in Amsterdam. Built off a full movement assessment: strength, Pilates, mobility, postpartum, back and neck, nervous-system work — whatever your body actually needs.
Often folded straight into a session. Where you get unstuck and take the specific next step, instead of just thinking about it.
Weekly homework, WhatsApp accountability, and a library of 7-minute audio resets to steady your nervous system when it spikes.
Not "balanced." Not "self-care." On your own terms.
No more negotiating with yourself every morning.
A mind that's on your side — not an enemy spiralling at 2am. We train your thinking like we train your body: overthinking and old beliefs are muscles, and we work them accordingly.
You start getting your sh*t done — because someone's actually holding you to it.
Real strength you can measure, not just "toned."
Movement stops being something you dread and becomes something you are.
Momentum you can feel — in how much you can lift, and in how you show up for your own life.
Most women start with the full thing.
Body and mind together — because that's the only way the change holds.
Start with the body — add the coaching when you're ready.
Monthly, with a 3-month minimum — because real change takes about 12 weeks, not 12 days. Not sure which? That's what the call is for. In-person at your home: included within ~5 km of my base in Amsterdam, +€100/month beyond it — we'll confirm the fit on the call.
It's a series of sessions designed to help you pause and rethink with the guidance of a professional who will support you in achieving your goals. However, don't be surprised if you discover more meaning and purpose along the way. There are also cool extras like workouts and meditations to help you practise integral self-care.
I'm rethinking how I'm already treating my body and mind well, and how I can continue to do so with what I already have. Priceless!
Fortunately, I was able to hold on and transform again! The most fascinating thing was that I was able to appreciate everything in that very moment, and it opened the way for me to change my career path that I had not thought about and had not deliberately chosen. But right now it is happening.
I'm Maggie.
Stuck, dutifully ticking off the "shoulds" — career, relationship, mortgage, trying to fit in and blend in. Overwhelmed and "fine" from the outside. A body I'd stopped listening to, crashing again and again — mentally or physically. "Work hard, play hard" was my nickname.
What got me out wasn't more discipline or more fancy courses — it was treating my body and mind as one system, and giving my mind the same gym I'd always given my body. Physical and mental strength, clarity, and following through stopped being things I chased. They became who I am.
Your potential — your desires, your mojo — sits right behind the fears and beliefs you've never questioned. That's the wall. The work is breaking through it.
That's the work I bring to other women. Every woman should feel strong again — in any layer, in any definition that's truly hers.
None of this shifts on its own. Do nothing, and a year from now you're still stuck — the body a year stiffer and weaker, the tiredness louder than ever, and you more frustrated with yourself than before. Something has to change first. "Later" never makes it easier — so it might as well be now.
We get honest about where you are and what's in your way — and you leave with your first step mapped, whether or not we work together. If it's a fit, we pick your starting point and go.
I take a few women at a time, so spots are limited.
