My mission and dream is to create and facilitate space for physical and mental development and healing where people can connect to their bodies and hearts.

profile alt >From the session/practice you can take as much as you want and are ready for: from solely a physical experience or taking it deeper to different levels and dimensions of spiritual sensations. Through work with body, mind and breath, we connect to our bodies and ourselves. We start to feel - what’s inside me, what sensations my body is giving me, what emotions/feelings my heart is showing me. I want to let you use the body experiences and sensations as a gateway and door to your inner journey. You don’t need a backpack, planning, savings, just an open heart and mind to welcome whatever comes up. I’ve noticed amazing changes - small or big. Yet, there is always something that you can get out of the workout/practice.

I want people to learn they are gaining mobility and control of their bodies, they are getting to know themselves- physically, emotionally and mentally. But of course- we are not forgetting about the crucial aspect of it all - joy & humour!

Personally, I want to live a meaningful life and have meaningful experiences - inner and outer ones. And I want to share it with others. I want to make a positive impact and spread my energy and passion. Having a smile from another person makes my day. Bus driver greeting me on the bus, a hug, a stranger on the street making a joke about Dutch weather - all these moments are worthwhile getting up and exposing myself to the world.

profile alt <I want to empower you to feel good - not to feel that everything is easy and without any effort, but feeling strong, physically and mentally, will eventually make you feel good even during challenging moments, - finding ease and confidence in discomfort. That’s where the change happens and where the transformation takes place. Healing and inner peace will follow naturally. Even if you focus on your muscles and stamina only, it can all translate to your everyday life.

Finding inner peace and becoming friends with your inner self will only bring great stuff - inner peace means outer peace and kindness.

About Me

profile alt >My name is Margaret (Maggie) Huzarska and I’m a Movement & Mindfulness professional - certified Kineticode Pilates, BarreFloor instructor and Yin Yoga coach. I am passionate about movement, physical and mental health and music. Therefore, I continuously explore and try different types of movements, mindfulness practices accompanied by various sounds or music. As a result, I blend bits and pieces from different discipline & fitness styles. I very much work with intuition which I also emphasise during the class- listen to your body, it’s your temple and you know it the best what serves you the most at a given moment. While the classes can be challenging physically or mentally, there is always a portion of humour and joy to feel safe and encouraged to continue this adventure.

For quite some years I’ve been working for small and medium companies and I know how stressful and tense life and work environment can be. That’s why, I use my experience both from my “corporate world” and my body work in order to support people, including myself. So here I am now ready to help you feel great in your body and with yourself!

What kind of training do you need?

Pilates
Pilates is a method of training that consists of muscular strength, low-impact and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It’s a perfect technique for anyone with any level, including people recovering from injuries. Result? Improved posture, no back issues, more mobility and decreased stiffness in the joints and feeling fit and strong.

Deephouse Pilates / Barre
The newly created concept where it is all about the music and fun while working out! We offer full-body workouts, inspired by Pilates and functional movement principles. The goal is to support you to build your mental and physical strength, mobility, mind-body awareness, and most importantly - getting those endorphins out! Everyone is welcome to sweat, have fun and enjoy the beats in especially chosen spots in Amsterdam!

Deephouse Pilates

Yin Yoga & Mindfulness
Beautiful practice where we work on “just” being. It is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine (stimulating meridians) with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. We practice stillness of body and mind, stimulating the fascia (connecting tissues), joints and muscles and our mind.

Pilates Flow
The best of two worlds - functional movement from Pilates blended with yin poses to work on the body and mind, nourishing the tissue through movement, compression and stretch.

HIIT & Flex
High intensity workout, adjusted for neighbors and/or sensitive knees combined with multiple stretch and mobility movements.

Booty on Fire
Let’s tone those booties! Prepare for some burns and shakes and fun! Class specially devoted to our lower body solely. With controlled movements, we also engage our core making the exercises more efficient and effective. Because it is all about quality, not quantity!

Abs & Arms
Focus on the upper body - toning our torso, working on our posture, shoulder strength and mobility and all that accompanied by lots of core on fire!

Music Journey Meditations
Guided meditations accompanied by various music themes, as music is medicine and can enhance our experience and mindfulness practices. Get ready to hear harp, classical music, jazz, ukulele, koshi chimes and many more. Each practice is unique with a special music theme.

Functional & Mobility
Accessible and holistic workout to let your body be strong and healthy. This approach is focusing on the body as a whole and helps you perform activities in every day list more easily. Blending it with mobility exercises where we work on active range of motion in your joints, so your body is less stiff, stronger and “smarter” when it comes to preventing potential injuries.
