I offer personal training sessions blended with mindset coaching—where we combine the best of functional training, Pilates, cardio, strength work and mindfulness. It’s tailored, empowering, and always grounded in how you feel in your body. Drawing from my years in corporate life and deep experience in bodywork, I guide you toward renewed vitality, resilience, and confidence.

MY METHOD

ABOUT ME+

It all began with curiosity — and necessity. Years of sitting behind screens, stress building up, and feeling disconnected from myself led me to one realization: movement is medicine. Not just for the body, but for the brain, the mood, and the way we move through life.

I learned that fit isn’t about being slim — it’s about feeling strong, alive, and at home in your body. My passion now is accompanying others find their own rhythm and groove with it.

When I became a Pilates teacher, I discovered the power of showing up — for my students and for myself. Movement became non-negotiable, like my daily playlist. Then came meditation — the missing piece that brought me balance: strength + stillness + joy.

Life hasn’t always been easy. Stressful jobs, painful goodbyes, and personal challenges cracked me open. What held me through was my toolbox: movement, meditation, music, and mindset. They became my anchors — bringing me back to myself.

Now I pay it forward through House of Movement — a space to train your body, tune into your mind, and find that beat that makes you feel alive.

With me, it’s about creating your own rhythm. Building consistency that feels natural, like dancing to a beat you love. It’s about showing up for yourself and discovering that your body and mind can be your biggest allies.

1. At Bluebirds Studio – Amsterdam Oost
Join me for regular classes in one of the most welcoming studios in town. Expect movement that’s functional, fun, and thoughtfully guided, with joyful music! A shared space to build strength, reconnect, and breathe.

2. Private & Personal Training (1:1 or Small Group)
Want something tailored? I offer fully personalized sessions that blend:

  • Functional training to move smarter in daily life
  • Pilates precision to build core strength & body awareness
  • Cardio & endurance work to lift energy and stamina
  • Strength training to feel grounded, capable & strong
Perfect if you’re recovering from injury, building fitness, want to get stronger or feel better in your body. We co-create a plan that works for you. Imagine a blend of a good challenge and rewarding progress.

3. Workout Experiences at Events
Bring movement into your special moment—be it a company offsite, birthday, or team retreat. From energizing sweat sessions to grounding relaxation flows, I’ll create an experience that fits the mood and your group’s vibe. Think of a clubbing experience within a workout!

4. Private Yin or Restorative Mindfulness Sessions
Slow down. Tune in. These one-on-one or small-group sessions are designed to regulate your nervous system, soften tension, and bring you back to stillness—through Yin Yoga, restorative postures, and mindful breath. Great idea to gift to someone, too!
